We deliver across the United Kingdom. You pay on delivery - no upfront payment, no card details required to order.
How Delivery Works
- Order confirmed by phone - after you submit the form, our team calls Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00 to confirm details.
- Dispatched within 1-2 working days of confirmation by courier.
- Delivered to your door within 1-3 working days across mainland UK.
- Pay on delivery - cash or card to the courier. Nothing paid online.
If you are not home, the courier will leave a card with redelivery instructions. You can also decline the parcel upon delivery - your order will be cancelled automatically at no cost.

Payment Options
Cash on Delivery
Pay in cash directly to the courier. Exact change is helpful but not required - couriers carry change.
Card on Delivery
Pay by debit or credit card to the courier's mobile terminal. Visa and Mastercard accepted.
No online payment is ever required or requested. If you receive a message asking for bank details or online payment in connection with your order, please contact us immediately.
Returns & Cancellations
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return Veline Longevity Blend under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The product must be in its original, sealed condition. Unsealed food supplements may be exempt from return for hygiene reasons.
To cancel before dispatch, simply inform our team when they call to confirm your order, or contact us any time before the parcel leaves our warehouse. No cancellation fee applies.
