1. Your Right of Withdrawal

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the date you receive your order, without giving any reason.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed condition. Please note that food supplements with a broken hygiene seal are, by law, excluded from the right of withdrawal once the seal has been broken (Regulation 28(3)(d) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). We therefore ask that you do not open the bottle if you intend to return it.

3. How to Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@instinkt-as.cz or call +44 161 832 7490 within 14 calendar days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and a return address. Please do not send goods without prior authorisation.

4. Return Delivery Costs

Unless the product is faulty or incorrectly dispatched, the cost of return postage is borne by you. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.

5. Refund Timeline

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued by bank transfer to the account details you provide, as all original payments were made on delivery and no card details are held by us.

6. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch free of charge. The easiest way is to inform us during our confirmation call. You may also cancel by phone or email at any time before we confirm dispatch.

7. Declining on Delivery

If you choose not to accept the parcel when the courier arrives, the order will be cancelled automatically. No payment will have been taken, so no refund is necessary.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange collection and a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.
